The drug war has been going on for so many years. It has cost lives of innocent people. It ruins people’s lives if they get caught and get sent to prison. The drug war also cost the government alot of money.
The government would be better if they legalize drugs.If they legalize drugs, the government would endthe organized crime. They would alsohelp the economy of the world, and all those people who dont have jobs now can have a job. It would open a whole new industry with jobs for people.
Alot of the peoplewho work for the big cartels do it to get money.in the low economic countries, people have a hard time getting a job to support their families,and working for the drug cartelsor even starting one is an easy and faster way to get money. There is people who work with the drug cartels and get paid just enough so they can support their families, andthose are the people who get caugh and get put in jail, sometimes for life and leave their families alone with no one to support them.
The government also wasts alot of money trying to get the drug dealers and the drugs from coming to the U.S. The government pays people and buys all kinds of technology to “stop” the drugs from coming to the U.S. but drug dealers always find a way to get it in.
Some drugs are bad for people, and some arn’t, like marijuana. marijuana makes you see the world really slow, and it stinks, but thats it.marijuana doesnt ruin people’s lives, what ruins people’s lives is when they get caught and they go to jail. if the government doesn’t legalize all drugs it should at least legalize marijuana and regulate it just like they regulate alcoholic drinks.
